How's this for a little shot in the arm for Microsoft Windows 10 adoption? The next generation CPUs build by the major manufacturers including Intel and AMD will not allow Windows 10 downgrades to earlier versions. The reasoning behind this according to Microsoft is so that CPU manufacturers can tightly integrate their hardware with Windows.
